- 1 Cup Almonds; Ground into flour
- 3/4 Cup Dates
- 2 Tbsp Nut or Seed Butter
- 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 1/4 tsp Salt (opt)
- 1/3 Cup +/- Chocolate Chips
Peaceful Preparation:
- Place your almonds in a food processor or blender and grind into a fine flour.
- In a food processor add the dates, nut butter, vanilla, water and salt if using, I used it. Mix together until it moves as one unit as is a sticky consistency. Add the flour a little at a time until it is incorporated fully. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Roll into balls, a log and slice a piece off, or shape into bars. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
