1 Ripe Pineapple
2 Ripe Mangoes (I used Honey/Ataúlfo); Divided
3 Ripe Bananas; Divided
2 Tbsp Coconut Flakes
Opt: Super-foods / Protein Powder (I used a little of each: Chaga, Reishi, Resveratrol, Moringa and Elderberry powder.)
- Carefully slice the pineapple in half lengthwise with a large knife. Take a smaller knife and cut out a bowl to pour the smoothie into, place the pieces you removed into a blender.
- Take one mango and cut alongside the pit, each side. Then slice/score the inside cutting down to the skin yet not through it, fold it outward, pretty! Set aside. Cut any remaining mango from the pit and put it in the blender. Cut the other mango and put it in the blender.
- Place 2 bananas in the blender. Freshly squeeze the two oranges placing the juice in the blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into the pineapple boat and remainder into two small cups. Take the last banana, slice and place around the edges, sprinkle the coconut flakes on top. Serve with the pretty mango for a wonderful meal for two!!!
