- 2/3 cup couscous
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 cup broccoli - torn
- 1/4 red onion - chopped
- 4 cloves garlic - chopped
- Bundle of red spinach
- Soy Sauce
- Sriracha Chili Garlic Sauce
- Place ingredients in a rice cooker
- Press cook
- Place greens in a bowl, add cooked couscous and enjoy! It's that simple!
