Ingredients:
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 1 1/2 Cups Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Handful Spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 1 Heaping Spoonful Nut/Seed Butter
- 1 Tbsp Flax Seeds
- 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 tsp Wheat Grass (opt)
- 1 tsp Moringa Powder (opt)
- 2-4 Tbsp Favorite Protein Powder (I did 4 of Pea)
- 1 Tbsp Puffed Amaranth (opt)
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Dairy Free Milk (as needed to fill line)
- Handful of cashews (opt)
