Ingredients:
- 2 cups Strawberries (Fresh or Frozen)
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- Blend in blender or process in food processor until no chunks remain.
- Place in a jar, seal and freeze as freezer jam or place in the fridge.
- Use your favorite berry
- Add sweetener like stevia or agave syrup
- Add lime or lemon juice as a preservative
