Have your sunshine in a cup and shine from the inside out. Carrots, ginger and turmeric create a supercharged smoothie to give your body a boost.
1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice (or fresh/frozen pineapple)
2/3 Cup Water
1 Small Carrot or 1/2 Cup
1/4 to 1/2 tsp Turmeric (1/4 for mild, 1/2 for stronger)
1/2 Lime - Juiced
1 Ripe Banana Frozen in Chunks
Blend until smooth.
Serve cold with a lime wedge.
