The Creamiest Mashed Potatoes

Boiled in dairy free milk and infused with minced garlic, nutritional yeast for a cheesier flavor, salt and pepper and mashed into oblivion! These are absolutely irresistible, perfectly creamy, they taste so good you can even sneak a spoonful cold and enjoy it, and taste amazing re-heated as leftovers. I made this style back in 2012 and remembered how creamy they were, I had to re-test it and the results were divine. You will LOVE LOVE LOVE this recipe and so will your loved ones, if you can share!

Ingredients:
  • 4 Yukon Gold Potatoes - Peeled & Cubed
  • 3 + Cups of Dairy Free Milk
  • Sprinkle of Salt

Optional Add-Ins:
  • 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste (I used white pepper)
  • 2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast

Peaceful Preparation:
  1. Cover the cubed potatoes completely with dairy free milk. I made some fresh and then poured it on top to cover. Add a sprinkle of sea salt.
  2. Bring to a boil, cook until the potatoes are soft. Remove from heat, do not drain.
  3. Add in 2 Tbsp of Minced Garlic, Salt, 2 Tbsp of Nutritional Yeast and White Pepper. Mash until very smooth and serve.
