5 reasons to include strawberries:

- Boosts fiber for healthy digestion, great for people with type 2 diabetes!
- Helps fight bad cholesterol, cancer and more!
- Reduces inflammation!
- Regulates blood pressure!
- 1/2 lb strawberries
- 2 bananas
- 1 peach
- 2 scoops chocolate hemp protein powder
- 6-7 dates
- handful of almonds
- 2 cups filtered water
- Add ingredients into blender
- Blend on med-high until smoothie consistency
- Pour into glasses, serves 2!
