- 2 Heaping Cups Kale (with stem)
- 2 Cups Filtered Water
- 1 Lemon - Squeezed
- 1 Heaping Cup Frozen Pineapple
- 1 Large Ripe Mango
- Otp: Mint or any other herb of choice
Directions:
Blend. Strain through a cheesecloth, patiently squeezing the juice out, enjoy immediately for maximum health benefits and nutrient absorption.
If you have a juicer feel free to use that and opt to go with or without the water.
