- 1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Mango
- 2 Frozen Bananas
- 1 Cup Frozen Red or Green Grapes
- 2 Cups Water
- Opt: 1/4 Cup Fresh Young Coconut Meat
- 1 tsp Spirulina Powder
- 1 tsp Moringa Powder
- 2 Tbsp Dehydrated Greens Powder
Peaceful Preparation
Blend and serve! Opt to serve with fresh mango and grapes for a tropical experience!
Notes
- Opt to leave out the Moringa
- Replace the Dehydrated Greens with a handful of Fresh Leafy Greens
