Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup fresh beet - sliced in cubes
- 1/4 cup fresh almonds
- 1/2 lb frozen pineapple (or fresh)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 fresh mango - sliced
- 2 small oranges (or 1 large) - peeled
- 16 oz filtered water
- 10 ice cubes
- Place ingredients in your blender (I LOVE our Blendtec)
- Press smoothie setting or blend until smooth.
- Poor and drink ice cold!
