Turmeric Latte | Latte de Curcuma

Turmeric Lattes are full of life force! I love these and the best part is you can have it anytime you want. I usually grab two big coffee cups, fill it halfway with the dairy free milk, add the ingredients by eye balling it, heat up that mixture, use my electric whisk on the dairy free milk portion for added foam, pour that in the cups, top it with hot water and cinnamon. Easy! I have the exact recipes for you below and videos demonstrating on YouTube and Facebook. Enjoy my friends!

Makes 2 Big Cups | Total Time: 10 Minutes

Turmeric Latte
  • 2 Cups Dairy Free Milk (I used Soy, Coconut is also nice)
  • 2 Cups Boiling Hot Water or Black Tea
  • 1 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ tsp Ginger
  • Dash of Black Pepper 
  • Stevia to sweeten or preferred sweetener
  • Optional Extras: 
  • Dash of All Spice and/or  Cloves  (opt)
  • 1 tsp Maca Powder (opt)
  • 2 tsp Coconut Oil (opt)

Peaceful Preparation:
  1. Combine the dairy free milk, stevia, turmeric, cinnamon, maca if using, ginger, black pepper, all spice and cloves. Heat until hot, remove before it simmers.
  2. Add the vanilla (unless it’s not alcohol based then add it at the beginning). Whisk vigorously.
  3. Pour the turmeric milk mixture into your cup until it is half full, top off with boiling hot water. Top with cinnamon. Enjoy! 
  4. You can also combine everything in a small pot, heat, whisk and serve! I do this often. Updated 2020. ;)

¡Lattes de Curcuma! Me encantan los lattes por la  mañana, por la tarde o por la noche, estos se pueden disfrutar en cualquier momento. Normalmente agarro dos tazas de café grandes, los lleno a la mitad  con la leche sin lactosa , agrego los ingredientes observando las cantidades , caliento  la mezcla, uso mi batidor eléctrico con la porción de leche sin lácteos para añadir espuma, verter eso en las tazas, cubrirlo con agua caliente y canela. ¡Fácil! Tengo las recetas exactas para ti abajo y videos de YouTube y Facebook. ¡Disfruten  amigos!

Rinde para  2 Tazas Grandes | Tiempo Total: 10 Minutos

Latte de Curcuma:
  • 2 tazas de leche sin lácteos (yo usé soya)
  • Stevia para endulzar o endulzante   preferido
  • 2 tazas de agua caliente  o té negro hervido
  • 2 cucharaditas de curcuma
  • 1 cucharadita de canela
  • 1 cucharadita Maca en polvo (opcional)
  • 1 cucharadita de Extracto de vainilla puro
  • ¼ cucharadita jengibre
  • Pizca de pimienta negra
  • Pizca de Todas las especias (All Spice)
  • Pizca de Clavo
 
Preparación Pacífica:
  1. Combine la leche sin lácteos, stevia, cúrcuma, canela, maca si usa, jengibre, pimienta negra, todas las especies y clavo. Hierva hasta que esté listo , retírelo antes de que se cocine a fuego lento.
  2. Agregue la vainilla (a menos que no tenga base de alcohol ,  agréguela al principio). Batir vigorosamente.
  3. Vaciar la mezcla de leche de cúrcuma en la taza hasta que esté medio llena, combinar con agua  hirviendo. Cubra con canela. ¡Disfruta!
