Homemade Apple Pie for the ultimate American dessert. Sweet warm apple pie against cool vegan vanilla ice cream, does it get any better? I don't know. It is truly indulgent and a big naughty, but still a touch healthier than standard and vegan & gluten-free.

2 Pie Crusts - I used the Gluten-Free Oat Variety
6 Large Apples or 9 Apples of Various Sizes
2 Tbsp Oat Flour
2 Tbsp Starch of choice
1 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg (fresh is great)
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar
Vegan Egg Wash:
1-2 Tbsp Oil or Dairy Free Milk (Olive, Earth Balance Melted...)
1-2 Tbsp Agave or Syrup of choice
