Vegan Cheese Recipe:
1/2 Cup Cashews (soaked until soft)
1/4 Cup Water
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce (or Tamari/Coconut Aminos for Soy-Free)
2 Tbsp Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
