2 Cups Fresh Ripe Ataúlfo Mango - Chopped (or your favorite mango)
1/8 Cup Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
1/8 Cup Agave
Pinch of Sea Salt
Lychee Lime Sorbet
2 Cups Ripe Lychees (skin and seed removed)
1/8 Cup Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
1/8 Cup Agave
Pinch of Sea Salt
Orange Pineapple Sorbet
2 Cups Fresh Ripe Pineapple - Chopped (core removed)
1/8 Cup Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
1/8 Cup Agave
Pinch of Sea Salt
Peaceful Preparation:
- Blend each flavor separately until smooth.
- Pour into a freezer safe bowl that's been pre-frozen, cover with plastic wrap so the plastic comes into contact with the sorbet, avoiding ice crystals.
- For the mango, you can enjoy once frozen, opting to re-blend and freeze one extra time.
- For the Lychee and Orange Pineapple, freeze until halfway frozen. Remove, blend, transfer back to the bowl, re-cover. Freeze until halfway frozen, repeat and then place in the freezer overnight or until solid.
- Scoop and serve! Opt to include agave lime syrup below.
2 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 Tbsp Agave
Combine ingredients in a small cup and mix together vigorously. Serve over the sorbet if you desire.
Notes:
- Add a banana to the orange pineapple for orange banana pineapple, add ginger to the lychee.
- Use a different citrus fruit of choice in any of these, I bet grapefruit would be so good and lemon of course is classic.
- Perhaps at the final blend, swirl them together or layer them for a fruity mix!
- Even mango lychee, mango lychee pineapple any combination would be good here.
- Berries are more to your liking? Try this flavor!!
- Use your favorite sweetener.
