- 2 Cup Walnuts or Pecans
- 2 Tbsp Tamari
- 1/4 tsp Liquid Smoke
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes or less
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper, Ground
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Butter or Oil
Peaceful Preparation:
- Combine the walnut or pecans in a food processer or blender. Process into a fine crumble.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients or pulse to combine.
- It's so good you could have it as is - raw or you can heat it up in a nonstick skillet until golden brown. Serve it anyway you'd like and use it as you would morning sausage crumbles. Delicious!
