Morning Sausage Crumbles (Vegan, GF, Can be Raw)

Morning Sausage Crumbles have never been healthier and more tasty! These are so good you can eat it raw. Perhaps on top of avocado toast for a savory breakfast. Yes, please! It's even better when you heat it up on a nonstick skillet and make it golden brown.

It's great with onions, peppers, mushrooms you name it. Use it anywhere you need a meatless "crumble". I used it in "My Best Vegan Chili" coming soon, my other Heavy Duty Vegan Chili, my Gluten-Free Breakfast Hot Pockets and on top of avocado. This is a hands-down 100% flavor delight that I am confident you'll enjoy. Blend, mix, heat and eat. So quick, easy, healthy and tasty. Mmm mmm!

​Morning Sausage Crumbles
  • 2 Cup Walnuts or Pecans
  • 2 Tbsp Tamari
  • 1/4 tsp Liquid Smoke
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano 
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes or less
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
  • 1/4 tsp Salt 
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper, Ground
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Butter or Oil 

Peaceful Preparation:
  1. Combine the walnut or pecans in a food processer or blender. Process into a fine crumble.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients or pulse to combine. 
  3. It's so good you could have it as is - raw or you can heat it up in a nonstick skillet until golden brown. Serve it anyway you'd like and use it as you would morning sausage crumbles. Delicious!
