Turmeric Lattes are full of life force! I love these and the best part is you can have it anytime you want. I usually grab two big coffee cups, fill it halfway with the dairy free milk, add the ingredients by eye balling it, heat up that mixture, use my electric whisk on the dairy free milk portion for added foam, pour that in the cups, top it with hot water and cinnamon. Easy! I have the exact recipes for you below and videos demonstrating on YouTube and Facebook. Enjoy my friends!
Heavenly Matcha Lattes with maca for added nutrition. These make a heavenly treat in the morning or as an afternoon pick me up. Enjoy an incredibly refreshing summer drink, my take on strawberry lemonade. It tastes heavenly and reminds me of my childhood. Freshly squeezed lemon juice, agave or maple syrup, water and local strawberries create a drink worth recreating again and again. Delicious! For a healthier version use dates, I have and it's still lovely! It's almost like a slushy from the frozen berries and is just delightful. Enjoy my friends.
Toasted pecans, chocolate chunks with sweet raisins with just a touch of oats create an amazingly satisfying cookie. These are some of the best cookies around.
Are you in for a treat, a unique inspired dish from the Gods! 3 Cup Tofu Stewed Noodles. I quite enjoy a good cooking movie, especially for the inspiration received, this meal is one of those moments. I artisticveganized it and made it unique for us all to enjoy a vegan variety that is worthy of sharing. My favorite message of the cooking movies is a reminder to put your heart and soul into it, that's the difference in creating a blissful bite.
I love a one-pot stew. It comes together with ease and makes your home smell absolutely delightful. In this one-pot quinoa stew, tomatoes, black beans, quinoa, bell peppers, cumin and more dance together for 20 minutes creating an amazing aroma and a complete meal all in one spot. The best part is this soup tastes even better than it smells, I couldn't stop saying yummy! It's so good.
My sister, Janelle Sundby, recently came to visit and made my husband and I the most delicious dinner! Doesn't that look amazing?
Cool off and stay hydrated with a minty limeade. Water, lime, mint leaves, ice and sweetener to taste are blended creating a refreshing drink anytime you want. Delightful to your taste buds and great for your body. Cheers!
With so much love,
Happy Friday and Summer Solstice! To celebrate we have vegan burgers. A mixture of fresh vegetables, herbs, spices combined with a few special ingredients create a unique and hearty vegan burger. Make them small, fatty or stack them. Slathered in BBQ sauce or topped with vegan cheese. Once in a bun with the fixings they are so yummy. Tested by a mixture of people, even kid-approved! :) I took two of my recipes to create a new spin that is surprisingly "meaty". See how to make them on FaceBook or YouTube, get the recipe below in English and my loose Spanish. Enjoy!
