We also had veggie sandwiches that people had seconds ++ approved by students and kids! Plus mashed potatoes and gravy from The Vegan 8's new cookbook that are just absolutely amazing, everyone who tries them loves them. I went for a creamy tomato soup and decided to add in other ingredients I had around like cauliflower, potatoes and cashews for a triple threat to the creaminess. Oh yes. A lusciously creamy soup with health benefits to boot. It was so good it didn't last the night between three people. Come and get some.
